To register for any of our available courses, please complete and submit the form below.
You will be contacted shortly to arrange payment.
- A deposit is required to secure your spot
- Full payment due on the day of training
- Tuition: Course Cost + HST per person
- Courses cancelled within 7 days of set date will attract a 25% fee
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will result in full charges for the course
- QMLP reserves the right to cancel courses
- Include both business and residence phone numbers in case of change
- Safety footwear is required
